Cancellation Policy

If you are no longer able to attend, please be sure to email the office no later than November 19, 2019 with your written cancellation. Non-members will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. Members receiving free registration must also email the office to avoid being invoiced a $25 no-show fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations after November 19, 2019.
